Side Neck Stretch

Side Neck Stretch

This is a great exercise to do at home or at your desk.


Sit upright on a stability ball with your shoulders relaxed and hands resting on your thighs.

Keeping your back straight, tilt your head down toward your left shoulder. Hold for 15-20 seconds.

Repeat as above to the right side. Repeat this stretch at least twice to each side.
